Fused Glass Workshops
Welcome to Torwood Studios Fused Glass Workshops, where creativity meets craftsmanship in a casual and picturesque setting!
Led by the recently retired teacher, Kathy Wildgen, an instructor with over a decade of experience in the craft, our workshops are designed for everyone, from seasoned artisans to complete beginners. With Kathy's guidance, you'll explore a variety of techniques and unleash your inner artist to create stunning fused glass masterpieces.
Whether you're looking to hone your skills or simply try something new, our fused glass workshops promise an unforgettable experience. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your imagination and a sense of adventure, and let the creativity flow!
Workshops are available to be booked 7 days a week from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

INTRODUCTION TO FUSED GLASS BEGINNER CLASS
This 5 hour course is divided into 2 2.5 hour classes that can be scheduled at your convenience.
You will learn about the various forms and properties of fusible glass. As well as how to use the tools and equipment to create 3 different fused glass creations using 3 different techniques.
TIME: 5 hours (divided into 2 sessions)

VOTIVE CANDLE HOLDERS
Choose from a variety of colours and materials to create bespoke candle holders. Make as many as you like!
Time: 1.5 hours

SERVING PLATTER
Create a unique serving platter using a variety of techniques and materials.
Time: 2.5 hours

LANTERNS
Choose from a selection of lantern styles and materials.
Paint on enamels or embellish with glass on 4 separate glass panels. The choices are unlimited.

Create 5 individual pendants to keep to match your outfits or to give as gifts.
